WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
- Drive and support the integration of APIs with various international payment systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility and successful implementation of integrations.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of integrated systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external providers and partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to integrations in a timely manner.
- Analyze key business metrics to identify opportunities for improving monetization and customer retention.
- Develop and implement strategies based on data-driven insights to enhance overall product performance.
- Provide technical support to merchants during the onboarding process.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the fintech or payment systems industry.
- Knowledge of API integrations and international payment systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with external providers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Technical background with a good understanding of software development processes.
- Advanced English level;
