Now we are looking for an Influencer Specialist who shares our passion for eSports and the gaming community. You will have a wide range of opportunities to choose methods for achieving your goals.

📍What to do:

• search for YouTube/Twitch (alike) influencers, and create lists with them;
• understanding all the general processes of the IM-team and being able to use all the working tools;
• search for Youtube/Twitch (alike) influencers;
• participate in discussions regarding terms for new/repeat deals;
• actively participate in and initiate creative team brainstorming sessions;
• write creative concepts for advertising campaigns;
• distribute advertising materials among bloggers;
• conduct initial briefings and consultations with bloggers;
• support IM managers with influencer acquisitions;
• send initial regular emails to new creators and write personalized follow-ups;
• adjust the work of creators if they deviate from the specified brief;
• provide influencers with advice on channel development and audience engagement strategies;
• participate in the analysis of launched campaigns in specific regions, audience analysis;
• enhance the quality and/or efficiency of processes within the IM team;
• collecting and analyzing data on blogger database releases on a daily basis (upon request);
• writing reports with blogger errors in video-placement (upon request);
• supervise micro-tasks and assignments (upon request).

🦸 Your superpowers:

• spoken and written English B2+;
• diligence;
• 1+ year of experience in marketing;
• demonstrate initiative;
• experience in working with Word, Excel and Google sheets/docs;
• knowledge of typical formulas in Excel and Google sheets;
• apply creative approaches in your work;
• understanding of the Esports;
• knowledge of the digital performance marketing approaches and methodologies;
• readiness for routine work.

🤘 Will be a valuable addition:

• passion for CS;
• experience in running your own YouTube channel;
• understanding of SEO/SERM YouTube algorithms;
• experience in Influence Marketing;
• fluent communication in Chinese/German/Polish/French/Portuguese/Spanish;
• experience of developing creative concepts;
• experience in roles involving continuous communication with partners or clients.
