Hello!

We are looking for a Junior HRMS Manager.

You will become part of the HR Solutions team and develop the HRMS Management area. You will provide recommendations for the development of business processes and actively interact with HR specialists of businesses.

Tasks include:

• Support the internal HRMS Zoho People system: administer employee profiles, update and configure new business processes;
• Communicate with system users: fix bugs, offer your own ideas for improving functionality;
• Create documentation for system administration and filling the FAQ database for users;
• Interact with HR specialists on new processes for business requests.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in a similar or similar position - from 6 months;
• Basic understanding of HR processes;
• Google Sheets skills. Basic knowledge of SQL will be a plus;
• Ability to work in multitasking mode and clear deadlines;
• Developed communication skills, initiative and openness to new ideas and suggestions.
