Key responsibilities
- Comprehensive HR management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
- Assistance HRD: Carry out ongoing tasks and orders of HRD regarding administrative support of the HR department, orientation and onboarding of new employees, support of internal communications, monitoring of compliance with policies and procedures, support of personnel evaluation processes, and support of social initiatives.
- Recruiting activities: Search and recruitment of candidates, recruitment process management, evaluation of candidates, candidate database management, work with hiring managers, labor market analysis, building an employer brand.
- Strategic development: Craft and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Data-driven decision-making: Leverage analytics and metrics to guide HR and management decisions.
- Employee relations: Serve as a liaison between staff and management, resolving concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Culture and training: Promote an engaging workplace culture and design impactful training programs.
- Compliance and best practices: Ensure adherence to regulations and HR best practices.
- Effective communication: Establish and maintain effective one-on-one communication with team members.
- Project management: Take responsibility for individual projects and implement your knowledge and ideas in practice.
