PRESENTATION OF THE ORGANIZATION International Solidarity /strong> (SI) is an international humanitarian non-governmental organization that has been providing assistance to populations affected by armed conflicts and natural disasters for more than 40 years, providing the vital needs of food, water and shelter. In particular, SI is involved in the fight against diseases related to unsafe water, which is one of the leading causes of death in the world. SI provides expertise in access to drinking water, improved sanitation and hygiene, and food security and livelihoods. With a presence in approximately twenty countries, SI teams—a total of 2,000 people made up of expatriates, national staff, permanent headquarters staff and volunteers—work with professionalism and dedication while respecting cultures.
International< /strong>Solidarity (SI) intends to prevent and combat all forms of abuse – all acts of exploitation, abuse and/or sexual harassment (SEX) against members of beneficiary communities, fraud, corruption, violation of the rights of persons and/or property, financing of activities that harm human rights - which can be carried out within the framework of its intervention. DESCRIPTION POSITIONS u>
The HR specialist supports the processing of HR and administrative tasks in accordance with Solidarites International (SI) procedures
BOTH'LANGUAGES:
Recruitment
- Prepare vacancies for publication and place them on relevant resources
- Participate in the formation of short and long lists of candidates
- Maintain communication with candidates at all stages of recruitment
- Appoint and coordinate technical testing and interviews
- Participate in briefings for new colleagues
Administrative support and payroll
- Organize the signing of documents with employees, collect and store them
- Participate in the support of civil and legal agreements at the level of Coordination
- Ensure the initial control of the compliance of personnel administrative forms in accordance with HR policies of donors and SI
- Participate in checking monthly data for each employee according to the timesheet, monthly planning and social employee benefits
- Enter employee data into HRM
Administrative support of foreign employees
- During the HR Responsible's absence, provide support to expatriates regarding visa-related issues andtemporary residence permit
Archiving
- Update and ensure physical and electronic archiving of all administrative documents and personnel files of employees (employment contracts, job instructions, vacations, personal administrative files, etc.)
- Print, scan and store documents in accordance with the SI archiving policy
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:
- Oworld: Personnel Management, Economy, Administration
- Experience:Previous experience in HR or administrative positions would be an advantage
- Knowledge< languages: English B1 and above Knowledge of IT programs > : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous courses in HR will be an advantage
- Attention to details, initiative, speed and openness to learning< /li>

- Contract: fixed-term employment contract (according to Ukrainian legislation)
- Type: 1125 EUR gross (paid in hryvnias, according to the monthly exchange rate of the bank of the European Commission)

DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
The HR agent supports the processing of HR and administrative tasks according to Solidarites International (SI) procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment
- Prepare and post job descriptions
- Participate in the formation of short and long lists candidates
- Keep communication with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process
- Schedule technical tests & interviews
- Welcome and participate in the administrative briefing of new employees
Administrative follow up and payroll
- Arrange for the signing of administrative documents with employees and collect all their administrative documents
- Participate in the follow-up of civil law agreements at coordination level
- Ensure the 1st control of all personnel administrative forms in accordance with the HR policy of the donors and SI
- Participate in the verification of the monthly variables of each employee according to the time sheets, the monthly planning and the social benefits of the employees
- Record all variables and trainings in HRM
Expat administrative follow up
- During the HR Responsible absence, support expatriate’s administrative follow up if needed with topics related to visa and temporary residence permit
Archiving
- Update and ensure the physical and digital archiving of all administrative documents and employee personnel files (employment contracts, job descriptions, leaves of absence, personal administrative files, etc.), as well as the securing of documents, while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Print, scan and file necessary documents in accordance with SI's archiving policy
PROFILE FORSAKEN:
- Studies: Administration, Economy, HR
- Experience: Previous experience in HR or Administrative positions will be advantage
- Language : English B1 and above
- IT: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous courses in HR will be advantage
