Responsibilities • Collaborating closely with every member oftheHR team tocollectively influence and enhanceHR processes, with afocus onenhancing the team’s experience within Materialise; • Support local L&D programs incollaboration with L&Dmanager; including arrangement ofgroup trainings, administration oftrainings requests; • Support local office events &recognition events incollaboration with event coordinators; • Support local well-being programs incollaboration with Mental Health project coordinators; • Support alocal HROps Comp&Ben specialist with different activities including working inthe Workday system. Requirements • We’re seeking candidates with prior experience, which may not necessarily beinHR; • Asyou will work inaninternational company, weexpect atleast anupper-intermediate level ofEnglish (excellent speaking, writing, and reading skills); Comfortable with utilizing modern technologies tostreamline processes and enhance efficiency; • Attentive todetails, strong communication skills, great team player, fast learner, self-organized, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines; • Wevalue previous experience involunteering orworking with nonprofit organizations.
