Financial Analyst Responsibilities: Administrative recruitment services, including: setting up recruitment in the eRecruiter system, publishing advertisements, cooperation with store managers, HR business partners and recruitment service providers Analysis of Candidates' CVs, conducting preliminary interviews, arranging meetings Support in organizing training and development activities, e.g. comparing offers, cooperation with training centers in logistical issues Administration of e-Learning platforms Operational support of benefits, including: registering and deregistering employees Settlement of invoices for HR services Archiving documents Participation in HR projects in cooperation with HR business partners and the Head of the Human Resources Department Requirements: Higher education or currently studying (preferred in the area of HR, management, administration) Experience in administrative work ( approx. 6 months) Basic knowledge of HR processes and readiness to acquire knowledge and development in the area of soft HR. Proficiency in using the MS Office package, including MS Excel at an intermediate level. Ease of learning systems. Very good knowledge of the Polish language in speech and writing. Knowledge of the language.
