Qualifications:

• At least 0,5 year working as an HR Assistant, HR Manager, People Partner or at a similar position.
• Understanding of HR full cycle.
• High communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, initiative and desire to grow with the company.
• At least Intermediate English or higher.

It will be a plus:

• Education in Human Resources.
• PeopleForce experience or another CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Work side-by-side with CHRO to develop and retain our talents.
• Onboard new team members and manage their probationary period.
• Respond to team members’ questions and educate them on company and HR policies.
• Participate in performance appraisals, PDP conversations and offboarding process.
• HR Administration (benefits and time offs)
• Reporting in PeopleForce on personnel issues.
• Participate in different HR projects and initiatives.
