We have ambitious plans for the future and are currently looking for an HR Specialist to expand our HR team.
The format of the work: full-time (remote or Lviv)
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year working as an HR Generalist, People Partner or at a similar position.
- Understanding of HR full cycle.
- High communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, initiative and desire to grow with the company.
- At least Intermediate English or higher and fluency in the Ukrainian language.
It will be a plus:
- Education in Psychology or Human Resources is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Work side-by-side with project managers and HRBP to develop and retain our talents.
- Together with managers onboard new team members and manage their probationary period.
- Respond to team members’ questions and educate them on company and HR policies.
- Conduct regular HR 1-1s and work on resolving team members’ concerns, improving their happiness and mitigating risks.
- Participate in performance appraisals, PDP conversations and offboarding process.
- HR Administration (benefits and time offs)
- Prepare and publish the company’s monthly newsletter.
- Participate in different HR projects and initiatives.
