Junior HR specialist in Energise

Hello 🇺🇦 We are the Energise.pro IT team from Ukraine. We design, develop and promote mobile applications in various niches. All processes are in-house. We are not an outsourced company. Over the past 4 years, we have released more than 20 mobile applications in the niches of utilities, health, entertainment, photo and video editing💡 We are looking for a specialist in the Junior HR team who likes to work with people and is ready to develop in the HR position👩 ‍💻 🧑‍💻 What will need to be done: - create and maintain a lot of HR documentation (policy, onboarding, conditions...); - conduct interviews together with technical specialists; - carry out adaptation of employees so that they pass the trial period more efficiently and comfortably; - take part in the development and training of the team's skills; - holding 1-1 meetings with team members; - helping to organize corporate events and events; - taking part in personnel evaluation; - reporting on the work performed; - preparing reports at the request of the manager; - conducting Probation/Performance Review; - interaction with employees to understand their needs, questions and wishes, as well as to provide appropriate support within the framework of the position‼️ Required: - deep knowledge in psychology; - ability to ask the right questions; - ability to find an approach to various types of people; - knowledge of how to organize your work process so that the ratio of time spent to the result is the most optimal; - mastery of interviewing practices; - readiness to listen and hear, develop, learn new things, help and share energy with colleagues. - ability to learn quickly; 💪 Personal qualities:- excellent leadership and communication skills;- perseverance;- multitasking;- responsibility for the result;- creativity;- strategic thinking;- time management;- ability to think outside the framework of standards (think out of the box)👫 We are building a real friendly team and appreciate:- Communication Regular communication with the work group regarding current projects in written (chats, task managers) and verbal formats (Zoom calls).
