We have our offices in Warsaw and Poznań. We are growing dynamically, so we need additional support. We are looking for a person who will support our team as a JUNIOR HR SPECIALIST. Place of work: Warsaw, stationary work. Contract: employment contract / B2B / mandate contract. Our expectations for Candidates: knowledge of English at a level enabling free communication (B2; international cooperation), good , practical knowledge of Google tools and the MS Office suite, interest in the subject and willingness to develop in HR structures, good work organization, ability to plan and meet deadlines, communication skills and the ability to build interpersonal relationships, ability to work in a distributed team, discretion, responsibility and methodical approach to assigned tasks , flexibility in action, readiness to introduce changes (we work in a dynamically developing environment), positive attitude to work and people orientation, motivation even in routine tasks, initiative in action and attitude towards searching for new solutions. Welcome: experience in working in a similar position or in an organization with at least 100 people, professional experience in administering employee benefits or supporting the onboarding process, knowledge of Confluence, knowledge of HRM systems, education in the area of ​​HRM. The tasks of the person in this position will include: supporting the HR&Office Team in the implementation of current tasks, comprehensive employee benefits management (registration/deregistration of employees and family members, providing information to employees, current updating of reports), support in the implementation of integration projects and charity campaigns (mile initiative seen! ), creating and editing interesting content for internal communication, taking care of the flow of information in selected areas, updating the knowledge base for employees, organizational support for processes related to the implementation of new employees (including: communication, distributiondistribution of welcome packs, updating of onboarding materials), HR system support (selected modules).
