What You Will Do: Attracting candidates through various job platforms; Reaching out topotential candidates and building relationships for future job opportunities; Screening candidates via phone and video; Conducting interviews; Assisting inthe onboarding process for new hires; Supporting internal &externalHR related requests; Being anambassador ofLabel Your Data and promoting our company’s brand and values. What WeNeed: 0.5— 1year ofexperience inHR/Recruitment field; Excellent communication skills ofwritten and spoken English and Ukrainian (C1+); Good time management skills with the ability tojuggle various open positions; Having aneye for detail and high work-quality standards; Interest incontinuous improvement and willingness todevelop inrecruitment, aswell asinotherHR areas; Experience with recruiting candidates thought different job websites, sourcing skills; Desire toadvance inIT &AI; Open, easy-going personality.
