Junior HR specialist in Ajax Manufacturing

The production process is provided by five departments: SMT assembly, assembly, semi-finished product, testing and finished product. In connection with the active development of the company, we are looking for a "Junior HR specialist".

Tasks in the position:

• Development and implementation of internal documents, procedures and methodologies;
• Formation and coordination of regulatory and process documents: methods, procedures;
• Interaction with the structural divisions of the company on issues of documentation improvement;
• Assessment of threats and possible incidents that may lead to duplication or disruption of business processes;
• Development (modeling) of methodology templates;

Desired competencies:

• Skills in describing processes or instructions;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation is preferred;
• Systems thinking;
• Experience in HR or a related role will be an advantage;
