Junior HR People Partner in Genesis

The People Operations team of the Genesis head office is expanding the HR direction and is looking for a Junior HR People Partner to increase team results by organizing people - processes and improving the experience of employees.

Your tasks will be:

• Supporting the onboarding process (meeting, holding an adaptation presentation).
• Starting and conducting Performance review.
• Conducting regular 1-1 with employees.
• Conducting the exit process.
• Assist in organizing training, team episodes, training compensation.
• Maintaining employee database in Zoho People.
• Keeping teams informed of news and updates in a timely manner.
• Writing, support and regular updating of company policies and HR tools, communicating them to employees.
• Working with HR dashboards.
• Compilation and management of the process of development and compliance with PDP for employees.

We expect from you:

• Availability of 1 year of work experience in a similar position.
• Experience of HR - processes and closure of all processes related to the employee life cycle (onboarding, performance management, offboarding, performance review).
• Experience of working in the HR CRM system.
• Experience of working with large volumes of data.
• Experience of holding 1-1 with employees.
