You will work closely with our Senior HRPartners toprovide support tothe MacPaw team members byadministrating and maintaining variousHR processes toenhance workforce engagement and productivity. Inthis role, you will: Run orientation and onboarding processes for newcomers byinforming and guiding them during the probation period, scheduling needed meetings, providing acquaintance with theHR systems, and supporting the process ofprobation period closing Administrate the process ofperformance review for dedicated teams, organize and coordinate related activities (planning, communication, etc.) tofacilitate the process and ensure its timeliness Ensure all the team member records are maintained and updated with new hire information orchanges inemployment status byfilling and updating HRIS Provide consultations tomanagers and employees regarding HR-related matters (development review, termination, transfers, education, etc.) Draft new and update existingHR policies and processes, identify gaps, analyze the clients’ needs, and, based onthem, suggest improvements inorder tomaintain effective communication ofthe company’s procedures Participate inHR projects together with aSenior HRPartner, collaborate with relevant colleagues, execute delegated responsibilities, implement approved action plans, and organize related processes Skills you’ll need tobring: Experience inHR processes administration Atleast anupper-intermediate level ofEnglish Ability towork with loads ofdata and information Excellent organizational skills and attention todetail Excellent communication and negotiation skills Persistency and readiness tocollaborate with different stakeholders Flexibility and adaptability Result-oriented approach AsaPlus: Experience inasimilar role Experience with Confluence orother internal knowledge base tools Experience with HiBob, Teamble, orother similar tools What weoffer: Weare aUkrainian company, and westand with Ukraine against russian aggression Wemaintain workplaces and salaries for the mobilized Macpawians and provide financial support tocolleagues ortheir families affected bythe war.
