Junior HR Manager (Remote) in IT Craft

Responsibilities:

• Conducting one-on-one meetings;
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes;

  • Ensuring the process of primary and secondary adaptation;
  • Organization and conducting of surveys;
  • Participation in the implementation of the HR brand strategy;
  • Preparation and organization of corporate mailings ;
  • Providing support to contractors, including answering questions, investigating and resolving issues.

  Required skills and qualifications:

  • From six months of work experience in the field of HR or in a field closely related to communications with people;
  • Practical experience in key HR processes, such as onboarding, conducting one-on-one meetings, exit interviews, etc.;
  • Completed HR courses or strong theoretical knowledge;
  • Basic understanding of psychology;

  • At least an average level of command of the English language.
