Junior HR Manager

We are looking for our ideal HR Assistant who will become an integral part of the team. We expect you to be communicative and curious, open-minded, proactive and creative.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee requests in accordance with the company policies and procedures
• Participate in on-boarding and off-boarding processes
• Cooperate with employees and management regarding HR projects, policies, and procedures
• Maintain HR systems and documentation
• Support HR programs to increase employees’ engagement
• Maintain positive atmosphere in the office
• Organize corporate events and other internal activities
• Develop and maintain strong corporate culture as well as working relationships with colleagues

Requirements:

• No experience in a similar role
• English proficiency — Intermediate Level
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Creative mind
• Experience in Events’ Organization (Parties, Workshops, Meetups, etc.)
