• experience with LMS will be a plus.
Main tasks:
• be responsible for the employee life cycle: onboarding, engagement & retention, offboarding;
• 1:1 systematic conduct for monitoring the state of the team and plans for further development;
• collection and control of HR metrics (turnover, duration of work, HR research, surveys, analysis of results and improvement of processes based on them;
• constant interaction with managers and analysis of team effectiveness;
• optimization of existing work processes in the department as needed;
• participation and coordination of implementation HR projects and initiatives together with the team (for example, learning & development projects);
• work with internal HR systems - BambooHR;
• manage internal communication in the department with colleagues in online/offline format (70+ persons);
• conduct company HR processes (Performance review, Satisfaction Survey, Salary Review, etc.);
• in cooperation with the HR team, initiate changes in corporate HR services and policies, in accordance with business needs .
