Basic responsibilities:

• Assistance in recruiting: search for candidates, initial screening, communication.
• Support of the process of adaptation of new employees.
• Maintenance of the candidate database, documentation and reporting of the HR department.
• Organizational support for the daily tasks of the HR team.
