Junior HR Administrator in Genesis

As a co-founding company, Genesis first provides promising startups with the necessary resources and expertise for development, and then accompanies the project until it becomes an independent business. Currently, 25 projects are developing in our ecosystem in four main areas: mobile applications, online media, e-commerce and R&D.

We invite to the Finance team a responsible and focused HR Administrator who will contribute to the achievement of our goals through effective implementation and support of HR processes.

We expect you to:

• support HR processes;
• you will ensure the support and improvement of the processes of onboarding, adaptation, performance and offboarding of our employees so that they take place as comfortably and efficiently as possible;
• you will administer the Zoho People system: under your leadership, all data will be filled and up-to-date;)
• you will conduct an audit of the team leaders' requests and, based on it, create a roadmap for changes to the processes;
• you will support the process of Performance Review, regular surveys and sections by teams;
• you will congratulate team members on significant events and holidays (first working day, birthday, work anniversaries);
• you will participate in HR initiatives.

What do you need to work in this position?

• work experience in HR from 1 year;
• team work experience;
• building experienceyou and the implementation of HR processes;
• experience working with the HR system.
