Junior HR in Talando

A network of modern private medical centers that successfully operates in various countries of the world, including Ukraine, Poland and Slovakia, is looking for Junior HR< /strong> to its offices in Bratislava (Slovakia), Lodz and Wroclaw(Poland).

Requirements:

- If you have experience working as an office manager or administrator or assistant manager.

- Minimum experience in the field of recruiting and the desire to develop in this field;

- Knowledge of local labor legislation will be an advantage;

- Knowledge of Polish/Slovak and English languages;

- You confidently use Google tools and can create the necessary reports upon request;

Responsibilities:

- Hire staff ( medical staff, office staff, etc.);
- Preparation and verification of contracts, collection of documents necessary for employment.
- Staff adaptation, familiarization with clinic rules and building long-term labor relations.
- Work planning doctors and coordination of changes.
- Dismissal of personnel (negotiations, documentation).
