Junior HR in Wild Wild Group

We are currently looking for a Junior HR who will help make the team's working days even more comfortable and warm.

What you will do:

• Assist in the full cycle of onboarding and offboarding - from the first "hello" to a warm goodbye.
• Support corporate communications and help shape the tone of the company's voice.
• Maintain HR metrics (engagement, adaptation, team mood), analyze results, propose ideas.
• Be the driving force behind internal events.
• Coordinate contractors, registrations, forms and surveys.
• And, of course, organize gifts and surprises for colleagues.
