We are currently looking for HR assistant that will strengthen the HR team and help work with a cool team of haulers!
The HR assistant at Howly will be responsible for the following areas:
Working with the Remote team - 85%:
— Onboarding and adaptation of Remote team newcomers — from the start of training introduces new employees to organizational points, rules and supports in org. questions in the HR area. Holds interim meetings and receives feedback from newcomers, so that their adaptation is as quick and clear as possible.
— Performance review. Organization of the process from launching through our HiBob HRMS to creating reports based on the results.
— Learning and development zone — is responsible for the organizational part of training: creating meetings, communicating with the team, describing programs.
— Offboarding: controls the dismissal process — from drawing up the necessary documents, informing the necessary departments, to conducting the Exit Interview.
— Working with HRMS HiBob- filling and updating all information about reviews, changed rates of pay, calculation of vacation days and all the information that is there.
- Maintaining the relevance of information in the Notion space for remote and HR teams, working with HR politicians)
Working with the Office team — 15%:
— Events: help in organizing various events (from educational to corporate, etc.)

- That you have knowledge of Employee Lifecycle processes.
- Basic knowledge of tools for building Onboarding, Performance processes review
—Basic knowledge of tools for working with corporate culture
—Ability to work with documentation: information research, structuring, document preparation.
—Ability to work with presentations : creation and design.
- Ability to work with Excel onaverage level.

Sasha Gospod: has 9 years of experience in HR, worked in various fields - from advertising to tourism, graduated from Kyiv-Mohyla Business in the direction of "People in the organization. Transformation of the HR system". She is in love with her profession and likes to impart knowledge.
