About your project/work

As a Junior Growth Specialist at Vazco, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks within marketing and sales. You can rely on support from 5 well-experienced team members . By joining our Crew, you enter the mission to support Vazco’s ambitious growth goals.

Are we a match?

You meet all our criteria if you have:

  • Excellent command of English (at least C1) - the ability to conduct fluent conversations (also with C-level: follow-ups, arranging meetings), create and proofread complex texts. 
  • Completing delegated tasks comes naturally to you – you have a can-do-approach.
  • You are a proactive person – when the situation requires, you are not afraid to step outside your daily routine, such as engaging in occasional prospecting activities or connecting the dots.
  • You enjoy collaborating with people specializing in areas different from yours – working with experts and technical professionals.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs and requirements.
  • Ability to understand the client's perspective.
  • Creative problem-solving skills , thinking outside the box, and analyzing potential development directions.

Nice-to-haves

We would be absolutely astonished* if you had:

  • experience creating content in English for the B2B segment (ideally in IT).
  • Bachelor's degree or courses in relevant fields, such as Management, Project Management, Marketing, or business-related studies. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • S upporting our Growth team on a daily basis - arranging meetings, follow-ups, prospecting, maintaining contact with potential clients. 
  • Collaboration with SMEs to create valuable content such as: 
  • landing pages (technologies/services/others), 
  • articles (mainly editing), 
  • case studies, 
  • social media, 
  • sales presentations/offers,
  • Supporting the external communication of the company's ambassadors.
  • Various research tasks , from identifying key contacts to conducting more complex investigations.
  • Supporting the sales funnel activities by updating, maintaining order, and verifying the accuracy of entered information.

In Growth, you will have the opportunity to develop in both sales and marketing and explore which of these areas interests you more. The tasks will certainly be highly diverse to effectively support the operations of both departments. Many opportunities lie ahead of you!
