We are looking for a Junior Growth Marketing Manager who will strengthen the team of RIA.com Marketplace for the sale of auto parts. Necessary experience and skills: experience in a similar position from 1 year; skills in forming marketing strategies; experience in building effective communication with the project audience: forming processes and developing documentation and/or dashboards for marketing activities both at the team level and between service teams for successful collection of results and timely response by adding corrections to ongoing campaigns and collaboration; strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach. It will be an advantage: work with Google Analytics; experience in the field of cars. Tasks you will face: implementation (copyright and adjustment) of the process of interaction with the audience of the project through such tools as bots, channels and direct messages in Telegram, sms/viber, email and own notification system; analysis of the market and competitors; analysis of people and implementation of improvements in their behavior by using cohort analysis and working out their flow in the section Acquisition-Activation- Retention-Resurrection; development of marketing strategies, plans for strengthening the existing product and finding new opportunities within the framework of Growth.
