Responsibilities:

• Create, track and manage tasks to ensure that schedules are maintained and adjusted accordingly for all upcoming releases and deadlines;
• Own the complex Pipelines and/or teams that relate to the overall success of the game and drive them to a timely completion;
• Boost team motivation and autonomy;
• Ensures smooth communication on the project on all levels;
• Resolves complex problems, and if needed suggests alternatives;
• Brings ideas that add value to the game (content, processes, tools, etc.);
• Validate choices that impact the project’s collaborators;
• Reports regularly to the stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience practicing project management in GameDev;
• Experience in Project delivery using at least one of the following methodologies (Waterfall, Kanban, Agile);
• Experience in using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence);
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a changing environment;
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
• Solid understanding of the development and deployment processes;
• Understanding and practical experience in project management with different types of contracts;
• Excellent written and verbal communication;
• Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and organizational skills;
• Good understanding of SDLC;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in creating specifications or other technical documentation will be a plus;
• Experience in managing Project Requirements Specifications.
