Junior Game Designer (Office work) in Netgame

We are looking for a talented and creative game designer who will be responsible for developing unique and exciting gameplay concepts for our games. The main goal of this position is to create games that will not only entertain users, but also remain in their hearts and memories for a long time.

What we expect from you:

• Game development experience;
• Technical training;
• Ability to express your thoughts competently;
• Basic skills of Google Docs, Excel, Photoshop;
• Analytical mind;
• li>Basic knowledge of probability theory and combinatorics;
  
  Will be a plus:
• Knowledge of slots;
• Basic skills with any game engine;
• Knowledge of proprietary issue tracking software (Jira, etc.);
• Advanced Excel, Photoshop skills;
• The released portfolio of games.
  
  The duties will include:
• Controlling the process of implementing new features ;
• Development of the game concept and game mechanics;
• Generation of hypotheses, prioritization, their validation, evaluation of the results, and their communication to the team;
• Monitoring of industry trends and identifying the interests of the audience;
• Constantly ensuring high product quality;
• Finding ways to make all users happy and create a super cool product.
