The following skills are important to us:
— 1-2 years of experience on positions like Game Designer/Technical Writer in gambling is must;
— Understanding of the gambling industry: Products, Competitors, Markets;
— Experience in writing design documentation, technical specifications, requirements;
— Good communication skills, ability to convey feedback in an effective way;
— English level at least Intermediate.

Will be a plus:
— Experience in evaluating and balancing slot’s mathematical models;
— Slots player;

Your future responsibilities:
— Writing and supporting game documentation according to the company’s internal standards (GDD / Asset List / Game Guide)
— Writing creative game rules in close collaboration with Product Owners and the QA tea
— Supporting game localization at all stages of development
— Preparing promotional materials (Screenshots / cuted graphics for Motion Designer)
— Market re-search, make sure Art is in trend and the team is stuck to the high standards of the industry giants;
— Unique Art style development, supervising Slot art development to make it solid;
— Creating Game Art Concepts;
— To be involved in projects planning, evaluating the time and resources needed for the Art Development;
— Integration of new tools and processes in the Art development in order to enhance quality and optimise resources.
