Junior Game Designer in Netgame

We are currently looking for a talented Game Designer who will join our team and ensure the high quality of our products. NetGame is a stable Ukrainian IT company that is an international game provider, and also has several successful IGaming licensing projects for the local market and Tier-1 .We aim for quality and strive to do everything with passion and professionalism. Since then, a fearless and creative group of land-based gaming professionals have built a team capable of bringing all of this experience to the digital realm.Project:Slot Games (https://netgamenv.com/games/). ;- Technical training;- Ability to express your thoughts competently;- Basic skills of Google Docs, Excel, Photoshop;- Analytical mind;- Basic knowledge of probability theory and combinatorics; Will be a plus:- Knowledge of slots;- Basic skills of working with any game engine; - Knowledge of proprietary software for tracking issues (Jira, etc.); - Advanced skills in Excel, Photoshop; - Released game portfolio. Joining our team, your tasks will be: - Increasing the number of users; - Continuously ensuring high product quality; - Generating hypotheses, prioritize, validate them, evaluate the results, and don't forget to communicate them to the team; - Control the process of implementing new features; - Development of the game concept and game mechanics; - Find ways to make all users happy and create a super cool product; - Follow up industry trends, to know and recognize the interests of the audience. Stages of the interview: 1. hr interview; 2. test task; 3. technical interview with the team and the project manager. Work format: Office in Kyiv (since the whole team works in this format). After the trial period, there is an opportunity to work 4 days in the office and 1 day at home. Territorially, we are within walking distance (literally 8 - 10 minutes) from the Lybidska or Zvirinetska metro stations.
