Currently, the team already has a team leader and two Account Managers. Therefore, our expectations from the candidate: – Experience working as Affiliate manager of the partner program; – Understanding of the niche and promotion of igaming projects; – Experience in finding and attracting new partners; – Strong negotiation and persuasive skills ;– Flexibility, quick response to changes, the ability to find non-standard solutions;– Self-management skills, a structured and systematic approach to work;– Ambition and a constant desire to develop;– The level of English is above average;– Understanding of the main models of the partner program (СРА, RS , Hybrid) and performance indicators (CR, CTR, ROI, ROAS, eCPC, GGR, NGR);– Basic knowledge of traffic generation channels (advertising) and digital marketing. It will be a plus:– Extended personal network: contacts of webmasters and partner networks, direct advertisers to promote the project. Main responsibilities:– Managing the advertiser: request current conditions, agreements for special requests of webmasters, control of traffic and its quality through the advertiser’s office– Keeping financial reports on the advertiser, reconciliations and control of payments– Finding and connecting new advertisers; – Building and planning long-term relations with partners in order to increase the volume of traffic; – Regular analysis of the quality of incoming partner traffic and monitoring of its sources; search for ways of optimization; detection of fraud;– Visiting specialized events in Ukraine and abroad.
