In connection with active development and expansion of our company, we are looking for a talented and responsible Junior Gambling Account Manager to join our team of account managers. Currently, the team already has a team leader and two Account Managers.

So, our expectations from the candidate:

– Experience work as an Affiliate manager of an affiliate program;

– Understanding of the niche and promotion of igaming projects;

– Experience in finding and attracting new partners;

– Strong negotiation and persuasive skills;

– The level of knowledge of English is above average;

– Flexibility, quick reaction to changes, the ability to find non-standard solutions;

– Self-management skills, a structured and systematic approach to work;

- Ambitions and constant desire to develop;

- Understanding of the main models of the affiliate program (СРА, RS, Hybrid) and performance indicators (CR, CTR, ROI, ROAS, eCPC , GGR, NGR);

– Basic knowledge of traffic generation channels (advertising) and digital marketing.

Will be a plus:

– Expanded personal network: contacts of webmasters and partner networks, direct advertisers for project promotion.

Main responsibilities:

– Managing the advertiser: request current conditions, agreements for special requests of webmasters, control of traffic and its quality through the advertiser’s office;

– Management of financial reporting on the advertiser, reconciliations and control of payments;< /p>

– Finding and connecting new advertisers;

– Building and planning long-term relationships with partners in order to increase traffic volumes;

– Regular analysis of the quality of incoming partner traffic and monitoring its sources; search for ways of optimization; detection of fraud;

– Visiting specialized events in Ukraine and abroad.
