Junior Front-End developer in EvoPlay

Evoplay is one of the leading product IT companies of Ukraine, which operates on the international market and creates complex B2B solutions for the online gaming industry.

We are looking for a Junior Front-End developer who will be part of a team for the development of large-scale of highly loaded projects.

Must-Have requirements:

HTML/CSS/Preprocessors:

• Sure knowledge of HTML5/CSS3.
• Practical experience using SASS (mixins, style generators).
• Experience in developing cross-browser, adaptive, responsive and mobile versions sites.

JavaScript/Typescript:

• Good working knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
• Fundamental understanding of TypeScript.
• Understanding and handling of DOM events.

React and State Management:

• Practical experience with React.
• Practical experience using modern React hooks.
• Working knowledge of state management, including Redux.

Communication and Tools:

• Strong working knowledge of the Git version control system.
• Understanding interacting with backend services via REST API.
• Ability to understand and apply Chrome DevTools.
• Quality: High standard (perfectionism) in writing clean, readable and maintainable code.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Canvas API.
• Previous experience or interest in developing large-scale, high-traffic portals.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Layout and stylization of React components according to the layout, with the addition of dynamic elements and animations.
• Active participation in the team development of large-scale and complex portals.
• Support, bug fixes and expansion of existing functionality under the guidance of senior developers.
• Contribute to the optimization of existing projects and step-by-step implementation of modern architectural solutions.
