What we expect from you:

• Experience as an accountant or financier.
• Knowledge of the main aspects of the primary document flow.
• Experience with contracts and settlements.
• Ability to work with Google Spreadsheet formulas.

What will be included in your responsibilities:

• Control:

< li> timely return of documents from clients;
• maintenance and updating of the register of contracts, organization of re-signing of contracts;
• invoicing and control of their payment, execution and signing of acts of completed works;
• payment monitoring and customer debt control.

• Communication with clients on payment and document management issues.
• Performance of additional tasks from the commercial director.

• Flexible work schedule: starting from 8:00 to 10:00, finishing from 17:00 to 19:00.
