KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Higher education (economics, finance, mathematics);
• Possession of process modeling skills (UML, BPMN notations)
• Basic understanding of enterprise finances, experience with financial reporting/accounting/accounting systems
• Proficiency in MS Office at the level of an experienced user
• Experience conducting interviews with process owners and executors;
• Experience in developing regulatory documents will be an advantage
• Business courses and trainings -analysis and the basics of process modeling will be an advantage
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language
• Proficiency in English - not lower than B1 level

BASIC FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

• Processing arrays of financial and non-financial information, its structuring and analysis
• Collection and documentation of primary information from the client (interviews, documents, business requirements);
• Analysis of business processes of companies in various fields of activity;
• Development of business process models with the necessary level of decomposition within the scope of the project, description of the course of processes;
• li>Development of procedures and work instructions
• Assistance in the development of management reporting, reporting and its analysis
