Within the Strategy and Transactions practice, the Transaction Diligence team provides services to clients including investment funds, multinational and national corporations, as well as international financial organizations in the process of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Although financial due diligence is the central element of the value proposition of the Deal Support team, team representatives are also involved in the evaluation of business plans of potential investment objects, analytical support in the process of assessing the attractiveness of potential investments, negotiations and documentation preparation for closing M&A deals.

• Analysis of operational and financial information of potential investment properties.
• High-level analysis of legal documents of potential properties for investment
• Participating in interviews with representatives of potential investment targets, including top management
• Working in a team with shared responsibility, communicating and keeping senior team members informed of progress.

Requirements

• 3-5 year student or recent graduate of the finance/economic faculty
• Have knowledge of accounting (reporting forms etc)
• English language proficiency is B2 and above
• In-depth knowledge of office applications: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word (Knowledge of Alteryx and PowerBI will be a plus)
• Excellent analytical skills and strong communication skills skills
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) will be a plus
• Up to one year of experience in financial auditing will be an advantage.
