As part of the strategy and deals practice, the Real Estate Advisory Services team provides services to investment companies/funds, international financial institutions, investors, residential and commercial real estate developers and other interested parties. 

Joining EY's real estate valuation and consulting team, you will participate in investment feasibility studies, financial modeling, valuation, market research, and development project concepts in the hotel, office, residential, retail, and warehouse real estate sectors. Responsibilities:

• Participate in real estate valuation, financial analysis and modeling projects
• Prepare analytical reports, commercial proposals and presentations for clients
• Conduct research and calculations
• Participate in client interviews, communication with the team and others by departments
• Participation in real estate inspections

Requirements:

• Student or recent graduate of the finance/economics/mathematics faculty
• English language proficiency level – B2 and above
• In-depth knowledge of office applications: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical skills and strong communication skills
• Knowledge of real estate valuation methodology will be an advantage
• Ability to visualize large amounts of information (graphs, diagrams) with an end-user focus
• Attention to detail and commitment to high quality and accuracy with the ability to see the big picture
