Junior Finance Specialist in lalafo

We are looking for a Finance Manager in a product IT company.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with day-to-day financial tasks such as accounting, expense management, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Being in charge of the payments processing flow.
• Monthly preparation of a set of financial statements in line with IFRS requirements.
• Communicating with external bookkeepers and other service providers.
• Supporting the finance team in preparing monthly management reports for the Management Board, Budgeting, and Investing processes.
• Supporting external audits.
• Helping in developing, implementing, and improving accounting and financial policies and processes with stakeholders.

Required experience:

• Higher education in finance, economics, accounting, or audit.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Internal Audit/IFRS/Finance Department roles.
• Experience in applying IFRS standards and in preparing financial statements.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience in the consolidation of financial statements is a strong plus.
• Management accounting experience.

Will be an advantage:
