Responsibilities: Ensuring document flow, including control over the availability of contracts, applications , accounts, acts, reconciliation acts, reports to acts, availability of originals and transfer to the accounting department; participation in document support of agreements; control and creation of tasks for payment according to marketing activities agreed by the manager; coordination with the team and other departments of the company for successful completion of tasks and approval of expenses from the manager; control over receipt/return of signed documents from counterparties and resolution of issues related to discrepancies in documents; control over the correctness of documents received from partners; interact with clients in order to discuss documents and resolve related issues questions; check and reconcile invoices and payments. It will be an advantage: Have experience working with clients regarding document processing; experience in solving client questions regarding documents and their processing; skills in consulting clients on documentation issues; the ability to conduct professional and effective communication with clients regarding documents; will advantage of work in marketing, understanding of media, SPA, influence of referrals.
