What do you need for this?

< li> experience from 6 months in the position: payment/billing/financial specialist;
• economic/mathematical education;
• advanced level of mastery of Excel/Google Sheets;

Your future tasks:

• work with suppliers: reconciliation of accounts, interaction to solve issues and collecting important information about invoices;
• creating requests for payment and keeping records of all expenses;
• making payments via PayPal, Wise, corporate cards;
• communication with other departments of the company to make payments;
• analysis of tables;
• onboarding remote employees (signing contracts);
• preparation of documentation (reports, templates, instructions).
