We are looking for a Junior Facebook Ads Specialist who is eager to grow in the field of advertising, working with high-end products in the financial industry in the Swiss market.

The position involves working directly with Facebook Ads, as well as with other advertising channels such as Google and LinkedIn . In this position, you will prepare advertising briefs and collaborate with the Senior Facebook Ads Manager. It's like a mentorship where you can comprehensively develop your marketing experience and improve your advertising skills.

EMRG Capital is a venture studio, that is, a company that creates new businesses and startups. In particular, among the projects we have already launched are:

- a company engaged in the marketing of financial products on the Swiss market

Tasks that await you:

• Audience targeting and analysis products

• Preparation of briefs for designers, copywriters and proofreaders

• Running Facebook Ads

• Checking the correctness of advertising (integration, Facebook Pixel tracking)

• Analytics of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, audiences, creatives, etc.

• Conducting A/B testing to optimize the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and obtain information about CA using a data-driven approach

• Help with other marketing tasks

• Has skills with Facebook Ads Manager

• Speaks English at Intermediate level and above

• Extremely attentive to details (!) and has a visual taste

• Able to accept and provide constructive criticism

• Feels comfortable working with monotonous tasks

• Has an understanding of high-end work style and is ready to work according to this principle

• Can learn quickly and has a desire for self-development

• He is not afraid of the need to understand new topics and process large amounts of information
