We are looking for a specialist for the position Junior Event Manager , who will strengthen the administrative team of Genesis, develop and improve the direction of events in the company.

Your tasks will be:

• Administration of the event location:

1. communication with internal and external customers of the location;
2. location preparation for events, communication with technical contractors, caterers, etc.;
3. location development and search for new customers;
• Organization of internal events for company projects:
• development of concepts;
• preparation of estimates;
• writing timings and scenarios;
• selection and control of contractors;
• creating a menu;
• work with decorators;
• work with technical contractors (sound, light);
• leaving for events on the day of the event;

• Organization of congratulating employees on professional holidays;
• Search and maintaining a database of contractors, locations;
• Work with decorators to decorate Genesis offices for Halloween and New Year;
• Communication with other company departments (PR, HR).

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects;

• Attention to details, creativity, proactivity, sociability.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in managing a team during project implementation;
• Experience working with contractors (catering, decorators, equipment, etc.);
• Knowledge of Kyiv locations and contractors;
• Experience in organizing events and having a portfolio will be a priority.
