Your tasks will include:

• Assisting the Event Manager in comprehensive project management (development of concepts, preparation of offers, implementation, coordination, budgeting, settlement)
• Negotiating conditions with subcontractors
• Building relationships and maintaining contacts with clients
• Serving the agency's clients in the implementation of events for the most recognizable TOP 500 brands
• Implementing truly unique projects - we want all our projects to be something special, we are constantly looking for new solutions and focus primarily on the quality of implementation, not quantity!
• Following the latest trends

Our requirements:

< li> Min. one year of experience in the event industry, ideally agency
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and small projects
• Sense of responsibility and independence in the implementation of projects
• Ability managing the relationship between the customer, production and technology
• Multitasking in carrying out assigned tasks
• Creativity, openness to original ideas and challenges
• Commitment and energy in action
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Knowledge of English allowing for free communication
• Knowledge of the Office suite
• Valid category B driving license preferred
