• Registration, assignment of a request, if possible helps the user independently, or delegation (transfers) the request to the second line of support (leading engineers)
• Promptly and qualitatively provide technical assistance or advice on IT services
• Responsibility for 24/7 user support for IT services
• Responsibility for determining the profile of the incident
• Responsibility for timely response to the request and its resolution
• Responsibility for incident analysis, understanding of mass incidents and rapid response to them
