Main responsibilities:

• Monitoring the operation of the radio network (UMTS, LTE) using NMS/OSS.
• Analysis of network performance by key indicators (KPI) and anomaly detection.
• Identification and elimination of emergency situations and degradation radio networks.
• Analysis of log files of base stations and monitoring tools (TEMS, Nemo, QXDM).
• Interaction with technical departments and vendors for troubleshooting.
• Performance of network testing after upgrading or eliminating incidents.
• Control of operation of base stations, making changes to parameters configurations.
• Optimization of radio network parameters to improve performance.
• Participation in the introduction of new technologies and modernization of the radio network.
• Preparation of technical documentation and reporting.

Key skills and qualities

• Ability to work with log files for troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of LTE radio networks.
• Experience with scripts (Python, SQL, VBA) will be an advantage.
