Functional responsibilities:

• client support of the internet bank system. Consultations, resolution of technical issues of users
• administration of user rights
• drafting of specifications and user manuals
• processing of documents related to the administration of user rights

Requirements for candidates:

• experienced PC user:  MS Windows/ Office 
• proficiency in English (intermediate level)
• ability to communicate politely
• attention to details
