Our company was one of the first in the industry to provide the graphic design to HTML conversion service — PSD2HTML. Over the years, front-end technologies grew more advanced and sophisticated, and so did we. At the moment, we offer our clients a range of simple solutions to meet their specific business needs, starting from markup and a variety of CMSs and e-commerce platforms and ending with advanced JavaScript hybrid mobile apps.

Currently, we’re looking for a creative, communicative, and result-oriented Engagement Manager who sees its further development in the field of attracting new customers.

It is extremely important to us that the candidate is  attentive to details, has a high level of English and has excellent business correspondence skills.

Your Impact

— processing new incoming requests
— familiarizing the client with the company / services
— analyzing the client and forecasting the profitability from cooperation
— investigating the client’s request and identifying the actual need of the client
— understanding the best way of handling the client’s request and referring the client to the proper team
— assisting the clients with the project estimation and answering the queries about the technologies / development process etc.
— communicating with the clients (via email / live chat / phone etc.) as well as with development teams / PMs / account managers / marketing team / financial and internal development departments

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

— strong communication, customer service and support skills
— strong analytical and problem-solving skills
— good spoken and written English Upper-Intermediate and above
— quick decision-making, flexibility
— high level of self-organization, attention to details
— self-motivated and responsible
— analytical mindset
— understanding how to work with Excel tables

Nice To Have

— previous experience in IT
— understanding of web development life cycle
