The Role
We're looking for a Junior e-CRM Manager to support and enhance our US & UK e-CRM team. This role is pivotal in executing our email and messaging strategies for our in-house brands. You will take on key tasks that ensure smooth and efficient e-CRM operations, allowing our senior team members to focus on strategic growth initiatives.
As a Junior e-CRM Manager, you will handle a variety of essential tasks with precision and a keen eye for detail. In order to carry out the e-CRM plans, you’ll have control over multiple touch points and flexibility to suggest new solutions wherever there is opportunity. Whether reworking and building automated customer messaging sequences, creating customer-centric campaigns, dropping an SMS or anything in between.
You’ll be working with the Head of Brand + Comms and Senior Brand Growth Manager directly to implement an effective growth plan. From day 1, it’ll all be about efficient impact; AKA the biggest impact from the smartest efficient input.
In this role, you will:
- Execute multi-brand email and messaging campaigns in Klaviyo & Attentive, ensuring error-free implementation
- Set up and maintain automated customer messaging sequences and brand campaigns
- Manage weekly and monthly data downloads and prepare corresponding reports and decks
- Handle data downloads and historical data management to support ongoing e-CRM initiatives
- Collaborate with the Growth Manager and Senior e-CRM Executive to implement effective growth plans
- Support cross-team collaboration with Growth Managers, Copy & Content, and Design teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution
- Contribute to process improvements aimed at delivering better results more efficiently
- Launching, owning and maintaining a tool portfolio for our in-house brands
Your KPIs
- Ensure timely and accurate setup of all brand campaigns and flows
- Support the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly growth goals for our brands through effective e-CRM management
- Optimise the performance of campaigns and flows to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth
What we’re looking for
- 1-2 years experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with exposure to email and messaging platforms, or demonstrable experience in driving marketing initiatives and campaigns across various channels
- Are excited by the challenge of strategic thinking, but never too busy to jump in with the team and get your hands dirty
- The ability to put yourself into the customer's shoes to produce a customer-orientated experience
