BATUKRAINE IS LOOKING FOR AJUNIOR SPECIALIST IN DOCUMENT PROCESSING AND PROCESSING PAYMENTS

LOCATION: Kyiv

ABOUT THE POSITION

Junior specialist in document processing and processing of payments is an interesting analytical work with document processing side by side with talented professionals. This work provides an opportunity to apply your analytical skills, improve processes, and familiarize yourself with the Company's business processes. This position can be a good start for further building a career in the Company and becoming a member of our professional team.

DUTIES

• Administer contractual documents with clients and accompanying documents. 

• Continuously upload scanned copies of contractual documents to the electronic system.

  
  

• Check current statuses approving contractual documents in the contract approving system and informing relevant managers about the current status of approval, overpayments, etc.

• Create overpayment orders in the SAP system.

• Create the necessary specifications, planograms, assortment matrices for customers in accordance with the principles to ensure sales of the company's products.

• Form and send appropriate reports on customer sales, product balances, etc.

  
  

• Execute tasks, instructions and recommendations of the line manager and/or department employees.

 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:

• Higher education in the relevant field of study (master's degree, specialist, bachelor's degree), without requirements for work experience.
• Communication skills.
• Analytical skills.  
• Knowledge of MS Office programs at the level of a confident user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).  
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Attention to detail and responsibility
• English language - intermediate level or higher (will be an advantage)
