Skills and Qualifications:

• Fast-paced, multitasking and detail-oriented - you will manage a queue of important client requests with a quick turnaround time expectation
• Strong written & communication English skills (Upper-Intermediate+ level)
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Experience in Digital Marketing (Google -Ads, -Analytics, - Campaign Manager …etc.)
• Data input and workload tracking experience using Google Sheets

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Search Performance Managers to ensure successful setup and go-live of new clients onto the Client’s proprietary advertising products.
• Review and effectively close client search, social, and display/video media support cases within Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Salesforce and Client’s’ proprietary search advertising product.
• Monitor high-level campaign budget numbers and the monthly pacing of client search media spend and notify performance managers of any campaigns that are off-target.
• Update search advertisement locations and ad budget numbers based on incoming client/account manager requests.
• Provide basic activity reporting to performance managers based on account needs and regular activity.
• Other related tasks assigned by managers of the Client and/or Helpware.
