Junior DevOps in Quod Financial

Must have:

• 1.5+ years of commercial software development, automation with scripts, or DevOps experience
• Basic knowledge of OOP
• Intermediate knowledge of Python
• Intermediate knowledge Linux cmd or administration and Git
• Good spoken English

Nice to have:

• Java (Groovy) knowledge
• Experience in writing documentation
• Experience with bug tracking systems (Jira)
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience with CI/CD systems
• Experience writing automated tests for applications in Unix/Linux environments

Responsibilities:

• Working on and developing new CI/CD workflows / jobs to automate deployment or checks of Production and UAT Environments
• Learning new tools and finding better ways to implement the automation process
• Occasionally preparing presentations for the team, about new tools approaches
• Learning about the Manual Integration process and the Trading Production, to be able automate the process
